Counselling

At various times in our lives we may find ourselves feeling really fed up, lacking motivation and direction. and perhaps confidence, and not really understand why. We may feel stuck not knowing which life choices we should make.  We may be frozen in dead-end relationships or working situations and not have the tools or the energy to make changes. We may fear stepping out of our comfort zone as uncertainty seems too scary. Life at times like these can seem pointless, directionless and desperate.

Counselling gives you the opportunity to find release and freedom from such difficulties.

I will work with you to open and explore the many different aspects that make you a unique human being. Together we can examine what behaviours and thoughts are helpful or unhelpful and come up with a strategy that will boost your mood and enhance your life.

I am currently seeing all clients over Zoom (recommended for counselling as it's the most secure)

When things go back to normal I will work from home in a first floor flat on the seafront at Littlestone. There are stairs up to the front door and then a full flight up to the first floor so it may not be accessible for everyone I'm afraid.  I have a dog (a black Labrador called Bramble) but she doesn't bark and she will most likely be napping in a different room.

Appointments are available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday.

Couples cost £50, individuals £45.  Sessions last 50 minutes
